These guys make a new custom case for the xbox 360.

It loos pretty sick....but what there costs $700 ? Sell it for $75 ok maybe $150 including manual labour...and its cool...but sell it for $700 and its just a hunk of metal...

The whole case is one big heatsync (hence the name) and it's machine milled so that's why it doesn't cost $75 but $700 is way too much.

This case has been out for awhile. I was looking at it when I got my XB01, until I found out it was SO EXPENSIVE

am i the only one that doesn't think it looks that great? it was a cool concept but in my opinion a step backwards in the style department. but if it were cheaper i might still get it.

That's utter bull

. If you add all the features excluding rack mounting (so stuff like metal feet, memory card slots, wired controller ports, isolated dvd drive, etc.) it can cost more than $800... Who in their right mind would pay 2-3X the price of the actual console for a new case...

Just for the anti-vibe DVD mounts, Mem Card Slots, and USB ports, it comes out to $765. Honestly, who in their right mind would buy this?

A) Wants a console that microsoft should've designed (you know the one that never RROD)
B)wants a case made of metal
C)Someone who needs this for a professional job of some sort.

Yeah but you can always send your RRoD consoles back to MS and even if not, the cost is minimal to repair it considering the price of this case.

See that is why it costs so much, American's made it so they think it is worth 10 times more than it actually is.

However the sticker should be:

it doesn't work that way if you already opened it and besides what happens after those 3 years are up? When most people buy stuff they expect it to WORK forever or at least close to it. I keep most of my video game stations for life so I don't want to have buy another one if mine breaks. My nes still works and it's lived way longer then my xbox has.

but i agree, i would much rather have one console that worked without breaking (and so far mine hasn't had a single problem), but not for $700.

and i still think it's pretty ugly

@pspkicks: There's no need to continue bashing others because of option on where something's made and then continue on because he insulted you more. I hate to say but you need to learn how just forget about stuff (or at least tell us mods so we can deal with it)
