Matrix - Sleeper LED Question *SOLVED*

just wondering if when anyone installed the matrix sleeper mod, did the LED flash about every second ?  My RF works 100% except the LED blinks about once every second regardless of which mode it is in.  When the RF is off, the LED does not blink any longer.
