Someone help please

I xclamped my xbox and it woked fine for about two weeks and now i am getting two flashing lights (1 and 3). I know this means overheating but when i turn it on it will play for about 5min then the fans speed up and the screen goes black with two flashing lights. I done the penny trick to still no luck anyone have any ideas?
