Xbox 360 led help

Im going to solder 6 led's to a xbox 360 controller but i need some help where would i have to solder them too and what resistor's would i need to use.
These are the Led's ill be using - http://www.maplin.co.uk/Module.aspx?moduleno=220752 or if you guy's would recomend any other Led's that i should use that i would be able to pick up from a UK site or store. Thanks, Frankie.
