I do not suggest it at all... Dremel brand rotary tools are the best way to go - they will last a lot longer, are better quality, higher RPM, and are definitely worth it in the long run. If you won't use it much, like maybe once or twice, an off-brand rotary tool would work, but otherwise, if you can afford it, get a Dremel.
