newegg has a 24inch samsung that can do 1080p for only $50 more.

that is a 50 ohm BNC "Bulkhead" connector.   

Coaxial is a style of connector with a center line for signal and an outside shield that is ground.  there are various types of coaxial connectors like BNC, TNC, SMA, ect.

Bulkhead means it installs in a panel, or through a thin wall of some sort.

That's a monitor. It's listed as a monitor on Newegg, and there is no coaxial input which makes it a monitor, not a tv.

You sure it's BNC? I was under the impresion BNC was a quick conect/discontct like you would find on a oscope

you are correct, I am mistaken the BNC is usually a lab equipment connector(oscopes, monitors, signal generators)  The coaxial connector in the image above is an F or RF style coaxial connector and is threaded, and I think the F / RF are usually 75ohm and occaisonaly 300ohm for old school stuff.
