ive resently broke my slim psp , that would be my second 1 so... i decided to by my bros phat psp and im done installing the sound trigger mod and a led under the /\OX pad. but its my bday on the 9th of november and i ordered a white face plate and red buttons. BTW the leds are blue. so..
you guessed it its a red,white, and blue theme psp yay.

here is what the stuff i ordered lokks like along with my psp!

the 2 above pictures are from decalgirl.com were i get my stuff
the first 3 are my psp... ty for looking
Edit: i just ordered a full cear case replacement so i can use it for the backplate.

Edit: they will be here by this comming week saterday or sunday

i got my face plate and buttons today and... lets just say NEVER by from decalgirl lol they sucked.

but luckily i got my full clear case on its way... it willl be here tomaro then i will post pics when im done...

ok,a friend ask me to mod his phat. the psp was in really bad condition. i have no idea what he have do to it.. lol

now the big problem is... he aint got much money to buy a new faceplate... so i decided to spray it..

lol... ya.. i know... the color is too much.. planning to get rid the carbon sticker and replace it with black 1

im somewhat new to modding the psp beyond a firmware hack here and there, i did a clients phat psp that was busted, couldnt read a memory card and couldnt even turn the wifi switch on. anyways i asked if i could do a mod on it, he said sure so i looked at some mod vids, did a trigger led mod first time start.
black phat psp

white smc led left trigger
blue smc led right trigger
(sound reactive without a mod chip, easy to do)

LOL yep, he didnt much care. He had three of them to begin with and wanted to sell them hacked on ebay but the fat was so busted up it was a joke to even think of doing anything to it but stick a firecracker in it and blow it up. neither less i asked, he said sure .. he thought it was awsome what i did to it. i dont know for a first time mod it looks silly.. white and blue... clashy but what ever.

I don't think I have ever used flux on a led swap, I don't use flux much at all. Its just really helpfull sometimes when the solder wont run nicely.
