Its illegal here but we've been buying Fireworks from PA every year and shooting them off and nobody bothers us. Most people around here do it...

My dad also makes homemade shtuff like M-80's and blockbusters.

Buy 'em and light 'em. Firecrackers are illegal where I live, but Fireworks are not.

Wow nice... Sad thing is, that's almost as good as our "town fireworks". We live in such a small place our fireworks aren't even much to look at haha.

Here, fireworks aren't illegal at all... You just can't buy them if you're under 19. I'm not sure about fire crackers though.

all the good stuff is illegal here, but we get it just over the border into NH.  Cops are pretty decent about leaving us alone, but my 4th of july crew has a bit of a reputation for not listening too well if they do come by

Don't like where you live?

Come live with me. In the UK, damn near everything is legal.

Setting off fireworks at a friends, who lives on a council estate. No problems at all.

Underage drinking... Its kinda funny that the worst thing that happens if you are caught drinking underage, is you are asked to leave xD.

Yeah cops around here aren't too bad either. My friends were caught underage drinking a while back... All the cops did were take their names/phone numbers, emptied all their booze, and told them to leave.

I graduated highschool in 2000 and it seems that in the years i was in highschool law inforcement started crucifying people for underage drinking.  I cant even imagine how much worse it is now, but I know in my area the cops started to relax cuz they realized all they were driving kids further and further away from civilization, rather then alieviating the problem of underage drinking. When a couple people died cuz of how far they were from the hospital and the town, the community leaders said enough already.

Kinda ties into the pirate bay case a little bit cuz the lawmakers think they can curb social behaviour by making a law, when really it is a social issue that needs to be addressed and no law is going to do squat when it comes right down to it.

Amen,it's happened many a time.

Fireworks are illegal here too but we all head up to Northern Ireland and buy 'em,nobody really gives a crap, not even the Gardai (Irish Police),so long as you ain't bringin' 'em in wholesale.

Lol we just went and bought some in the good ol' state here PA!

What's even more funny we actually have a Fire works business about a mile away from our house, it's just a family type of business but we drove past there and there was a HUGE line of people. But they sell the like, REAL big serious stuff, not the stuff you get at Walmart. I was thinking about having my dad pick some up (gotta be 18 to buy em), but they are kind of expensive. Hehe... I've been a pyro since birth.

We have about 5-6 park's (county's) but they so them at the park, around us who all do them too, (the big fireworks).
