Stuck and Need some help

I'm stuck on COD4 on veteran level on the "No fighting in the War Room" mission. I am at the spot where you get to the under ground missile part. Any help would be great I think I have played it about 100 times by now.

I got past it now all I have left is the Mile high club challenge

It took me ages on that mission... Just use your grenades and flashes wisely..

The mile high club is ridicly hard..!! i had to follow a youtube guide.. but i have done it twice now..

I think I am at about 50 times now and I have not beaten Mile high yet, the controller just about went across the room.

thaats when you need to stop!!! and take a break. when you cool off. you have to keep moving. thats the key, never reload. you have mp5, pistol, then pick up the first p90 and keep moving, use flash bangs at every corner. There is a reason it is the hardest achevement in the game. It took me many tries.......

I pick up the shotgun personnally.. but ever time you do, it has a random amount of shots in it.. :/

Lol you're pretty lucky; the first time I did that mission on veteran I got stuck in the underground situation room, but mine was a glitch. My teammates didn't realize that I was there and wouldn't move on to the next area so I had to redo the whole thing. I even tried loading the game but they still acted as if I wasn't there.

I just about had it, I got stuck on a dead body and the time ran out. I'm going to try Matt's approach next with no reloading. Thanks guys I'll let you know when I get it.

Its a done deal guys, I think I'm going to have a Heart attack its beating that fast. That mission was sick, thank you for the help.

woot! got the mile high club achievement yesterday...... actually made it to part where u shoot the guy holding the hostage and for some reason shot the hostage after shooting the terrorist so a couple dozen tries to get back to that point I finally made it! that is so hard, but I can do it every other time now that I know at what points to throw bangs, and let your team help clean up the mess.  awesome level, I heard Modern Warfare 2 will have a bunch of those rediculously tactical levels in like an arcade mode, cant wait to see

I also got mile high club on vetern using "the ghost within" before I ran out of live, only took me an hour if you keep going at it. All I gota do now is that no fighting in the war room to, I havn't tried it yet.

yah the first time i "did it" but shot the hostage, it took me about an hour.... I think it took another hour to be able to do it again consistantly.

No fighting in the war room was freakin tough as well. more fustrating as it is like a 9 min level versus a 45 second level, but just like the rest takes time working through them and developing a good strategy for the hard parts....  I think checkpoint awareness is key too, cuz sometimes you just gotta go for the checkpoints and hope your team takes up the slack.
