Will this work?

Well I am a dumb and ordered the wrong part for my ps3. The drive motor burnt out in the blueray player, when you put the disk in the disk doesnt spin, so I bought a new deck and laser, This and I read the table wrong and though it was compatible with my ps3, some of the cables dont fit in the drive, so I was wondering if there is a way I can make this all work. Im guessing not but before I send it back in I just though Id check.
