what a good and cheap av cable that would let watch movie play music and game on my tv.

The only one that let's you play games on a TV is component cables. Composite/VGA will only let you play movies, music, and view pictures. You can buy ether one at a local Gamestop, Walmart, Target, Amazon.com etc. But if you're looking for cheap BUT willing to wait 4-7 weeks or so to get it. you can order it from Dealextreme.
