Need help!!!

I listed an Item on ebay and it sold this morning. Whenever I went to get the item to box it up and send it to the buyer I could not find it! I also noticed that my psp and my external hdd where gone! I think someone stole it. I contacted the buyer about my circumstance and he has not yet paid me and I am not sure if he has received the message yet. I was wondering if it would be possible to cancel the transaction because I no longer have the item?

I'm pretty sure you can mutually agree to terminate the transaction, but I'm not sure.
