just moved into a brand new home like 1 year ago its not 2 story though :\ my mom was scared cause my dad might have arthritis later on and he cant go up the stairs

Hey hey hey hey tmandt no worries, there are some truly beautiful one story houses out there. I live in government housing. Think... New carpet, hiding messed up floor boards and broken tiles. Fresh paint to cover lead based paint. XD

But hey, still its actually quite a nice house. Because I can't tell which flaws could have been there. See I could get a new house but clearing them is horrid >.<; they'll charge you for every single scuff on the floors or walls.

Anyway it's late and I am rambling. Sorry ^^; But yes. One story houses can be as nice as two story. Or my friend Ian's three story house. However that is too many stairs to climb if you miss-place your shoe.

i used to live in a three-story house... lots of stairs haha. I now live in a bungalo w/ basement. Nice house, I like it more than my old 2-story house.
