Baileys Cheesecake
Baileys Cheesecake

Ingredients   Base

12 oz Philadelphia cream cheese   6 oz Digestive biscuits
¼ pt Fresh double cream   3 oz Butter
4 oz Castor sugar   1 oz Demerara sugar
1 Miniature Baileys 70ml   Grated chocolate to decorate
½ oz Gelatine (1 pkt)
3 oz Cold water

Make the biscuit base
Crush the biscuits and add the Demerara sugar, melt the butter gently and mix into the biscuits thoroughly – spread into a loose-bottomed tin 8” and pack it down – leave to cool and firm up.

Topping
Put the gelatine to soak
Mash the cheese and mix it with a little of the cream.
Whip the rest of the cream till peaking.
Add the cheese and sugar.
Put the gelatine mixture into the microwave for a few minutes till it melts. Put to one side for a few minutes to cool.
Add the Baileys to the cheese mixture and mix thoroughly.
Put the mixture onto the biscuit base and spread it out- leave to set.
Decorate with chocolate gratings

Alternatives
Substitute the baileys for the juice of a lemon (may need more depending on the lemon – to taste) but where this recipe is used leave the mixture to start thickening after adding gelatine, then mix again before putting onto the base.

Beef Stroganoff
BEEF STROGANOFF (Carrier)

450g rump steak
3 tablespoons flour
salt
4 tablespoons butter
50g finely chopped onion
75g white button mushrooms, thinly sliced
1 tablespoon tomato purée
300ml beef stock
1x142g carton soured cream
1 tablespoon dry sherry
freshly ground black pepper

1.   Pound meat out thinly with a moistened meat bat and cut diagonally across the grain into neat strips about 5mm wide and 5cm long
2.   Combine 1tbs flour with ½tsp salt in a plastic bag, add strips of meat, close securely and shake to coat meat strips with seasoned flour
3.   Melt half the butter in a large deep frying pan and when very hot, brown beef rapidly on all sides:  the strips should remain very juicy and pink inside.  Remove from pan and keep hot
4.   In the same fat, sauté finely chopped onion until soft and golden.  Add thinly sliced mushrooms and continue to simmer, stirring until tender, for about 3-4 minutes longer.  Remove onions and mushrooms from pan and reserve.
5.   Melt remaining butter in the pan and stir in remaining flour.  Cook over a low heat for about 3 minutes, stirring and scraping with a wooden spoon to dislodge any pieces of meat or onion stuck to pan.
6.   Add tomato purée and beef stock, and bring to the boil slowly, stirring to make a smooth sauce.  Then continue to simmer, stirring occasionally, until sauce is rich and thick.
7.   Fold in meat, onions and mushrooms; stir in soured cream and sherry, and correct seasoning, adding freshly ground black pepper and more salt if necessary.  Reheat briefly and serve immediately with a bowl of plain boiled rice.
•   We often use chicken stock, rather than beef stock, Peas (frozen) are an ideal vegetable to serve with this.

Another alcoholic beverage of my choice:

-Get a standard size cup
-Fill it half way with Monster Energy Drink and the other half with orange juice.
-Add a Double Shot of Russian Vodka
-Enjoy

Bsaically tastes like a highly carbonated orange juice, and the "kick" is great

No need to be a pusher, Its GENERAL DISCUSSION, they made a comment that had to do with food. We can still do that. By him meaning it not being spam and chat, we cant just post pics of a giraffe (example) because that ruins it. We can still comment.

And Blackburn, I have drank something similar and its amazing. Orange soda and alcohol is amazing.

Jumbo is correct, this is not a National Socialist Regime.  feel free to comment, but make sure that it is thread related, and dont post one line comments like...  yuck, gross or  posting recipe's like toast or ordering takeout.  If you have a comment about a certain recipe that is fine, but when a thread has 95% nonsense posting it is ruined.  if you must comment... post a freakin recipe for goodness sakes.

Tomato Pasta.

Take half a box of Barrilla Angel hair pasta. Boil till pasta Tastes great, Add salt when water is boiling and then put pasta in after about 30 seconds. Then put pasta in, when pasta has gotten soft pour some olive oil in it. Drain water when it seems done, Pour it back into kettle
then put a spoonful of butter in there and make sure it dissipates. Then Take 2 tomatos and cut them up into fairly large pieces.(make sure no seeds are there) also add tomato Juice, Half a can of tomato juice for half a box of pasta.

All while this is doing, make sure ur chicken is frying. I make about 3-4 pieces of tysons hand breaded chicken for me and my brother. and it tastes rediculously good.

Rum and Coke float

Ice cream (I used Mint chocolate chip)
Rum (I used Bacardi Gold)
Coke
Tallllll glass

Put a couple scoops of ice cream in the glass
Pour in some Rum and Coke
Mix till it's a nice thick consistency (You'll want the best ice cream to rum ratio though ;))

Drink up! Even better if you mix it together using a smoothie machine or something so there's no lumps.

French fires - I often make some.. its quite a bit of work but they taste g00d.

take desired amount of potatoes
peel and cut them
soak them in freezing icy water and put the whole thing in the freezer while you are heating up the oil
take a pan and fill it up with cooking oil (canola or olive oil its your choice) and heat it up for about 7 mins/ if you have a fryer thats better so fire it up
slowly put some fries in the pan/fryer
wait till they turn gold color ..
take them out
sprinkle some salt and eat.

thanks chase for this sig =)
I miss my dragon lol....

Taco Nachos.

First you must make tacos. make how ever you want. Then get a pan and mix the taco meat cheese and hot sauce and heat it up so it all blends together.

Get some tortilla chips and scoop the taco-in-a-pan and eat. Real good stuff and when you are full put left over in fridge for later. To heat just put in microwave until you think its warm enough (~2 minutes)
