I found this on another website,
what you do is you modify the backup iso of GTA and change the coomon.
here are the mods that are started:
-Flying Cars (Bus, 2-seater, comet, Police Cars)
-Indestructivle cars/helicopters
-Some cars spawn around you
-Super Fast Cars
-Different Color Cars
-Max Ammo Weapons
-AK47 shoots normal bullets
-Super Shotguns and Super Punches that send stuff flying.
-Infinite Damage (Not completely against rockets though-you can even shoot yourslef on the ground and not die) (and not fall damage lol)
-Huge blue explosions from rockets
-New Hud when zooming
-No water
