xbox desktop project
« on: July 25, 2009, 09:08:20 PM »
My latest project, thanks to pspkicks for the idea when he brought it up back here https://www.acidmods.com/forum/index.php?topic=30579.0

anyway, I got this el cheapo case and started mounting the mobo.

fans fit nicely here

Next step:
-sand down case to prevent some warping
   -extent fan hole
-desolder and wire the power socket and the harddrive socket.
-Extend second cable on the diskdrive (the non sata one)

there are little bumps on the other side which are pressing against the screws I used for the x-clamp fix, and various other components which stick out.

lol I am doing the exact opposite of this. I am throwing a mini-ITX board and a mini power supply into a 360 case
