This is the bike I bought yesterday,got it for 150 euro's because it was crashed.There's nothing mechanical wrong with it,I even drove it 100 miles home,just aesthetic problems.
She doesn't look to well at the moment,but she will when I'm done with her!
PS: yes I know it's a 75cc,but I got it for 150 euro's and after some work it's worth 1-1.2k
and for the record I drive a bandit 600
I've got some friends in the Bike Shop,they'll give me all I want for free if I let them spray their shop logo on my bike.Also my cousin works for rizzla (they make cigarette rolling papers,I'm a big fan),they're also helping to pay for this project.So basically,all this project is going to cost me is time,not a single cent outta my pocket!
To do list:
Skim brakes
replace tank and some fairings
remove black plastic engine cover
new footpegs
spray new fairings
Spray frame
new brakelight and indicators
new chain
performance carburetor
power pipe
performance exhaust
powder coat wheels (black)
new tires
tap out dents in the tank
new filler cap
new mirror
full service (piston rings etc.)
complete engine rebuild
I'll be updating you guys on the project on a constant basis over the next few weeks/months.
As you can see it's an awesome bike and it's got serious potential,I'm considering selling the bandit 600 and just driving this because it's easier on the fuel and I won't get my insurance voided and fined for illegal modification.
