ok so my friend got jipped for his comp, his uncles friend fixed it and stole his gpu card  his vista index score was 3.2 before the card was gone or w/e and now its just 1.0 -.-

ok well i installed vista ultimate on his hdd for him on his bday, it boots up on my comp but when i install the hdd to his comp it goes to that screen taht says press f1 to continue, and it just keeps looping back to that screen, any suggestions jsut tryin to help a friend out for his bday
