Plug in your drive to your connect kit, or straight to your computer if you choose to.

download jungleflasher
http://www.jungleflasher.net/

Install Portio that is included with jungleflasher, this will allow windows to see your 360 drive.

Next download iXtreme 1.6, which is the latest and can be found on XBINs, No link because it MAY be considered illegal.

Next just follow the steps jungleflasher tells you and your good to go.
