Well you gotta give more info...like the dimensions of your computer case. It can be done...but its difficult because none of the screw holes match up with the Xbox 360 motherboard. So you will need to first mark all the holes out and then drill them. You also need to think about the power button and the DVD dive. If the power button is connected to the motherboard and the motherboard is inside the case...how will you turn it on...you will also need to extend the DVD cables to be able to fit it in the extension bays. It takes quite a lot of work and planning.

Getting an xbox360 into a PC case is enough work as it is.

But trying to fit TWO working motherboards into the same case is just rediculous.

It would have to be mounted on the door, and have many extended cables (DVD Drive, Fans, Power Button, Eject, Sync, memory cards)

Its a lot of work, But if your up for spending a good 100 hours or so, lemme know.

I will be interested if you managed to get it looking like a PC.

Using the Xbox DVD drive on your PC.
Sharing the Power Supply (I know this can be done)
Sharing the DVI port on your motherboard. So you don't have to worry about swapping Video cables.
Audio going through the Mother board I/O
Shared USB ports etc.
I'm very fussy when it comes to mods like this. Too many cables just pisses me off.
