Good news for PAL region (Thats Europe AFAIK) ,
 "To celebrate the launch of PSPgo," there's a special offer. PAL people who register their PSPgo between the 1st and 10th of October will get a free downloadable version of GT PSP. It's not a cut-down or demo - it's the full version.

I think they are only doing this because retailers would stock it to begin with. So they are giving them incentive to buy and sell it.

I will.  Have to save up first.  Also a note to anyone to gets one.  DO NOT UPDATE!!! Otherwise you will have a hard time getting it hacked later on.
