I'm going karting today. It's 4 AM and I've had 4 hours sleep. I don't know if anybody knows this but karting is physically draining.  Oh, and I don't like coffee (As James just found out). So I'll be living off relentless all day.

I'm back and I'm cream crackered.

But I've mainly drunk Red Bull and Relentless, so I'm awake. And  have been all day. I was only 0.05 seconds off of my record. I had a fantastic day and got some good racing done.
