brick psp

so how do i unbrick my psp. when i was try to update to fw5.03 to do the chickHEN mod. while it was updating the screen go black and it would not go on again. Is there any way to unbrick my psp without using a pandora battery?

go to psp-hacks.com  and check the download section they have a easy pandora/ MMS creator and just get the official FW and your set. Make sure you have a memory stick to use you will need it to unbrick the psp.(battery puts it in service mode then bam memory stick would install the files.

http://www.psp-hacks.com/file/1543  go to the download section and get the official FW yourself. put some effort into the things you want to get done. everything is straight forward, for the memory stick options just check everything only 3 things to check. select the drive of the psp bam and your done. after you load the firmware just go to installation options and check desperatio or whatever its called to install 5.xx m33. you can set it to whatever button you want to start the initial setup process.
