It probably WOULD be over $150. Cost of labor, the parks are expensive.

Whisper max is about $30, drive cover is $20, aurora leds are I think $15, cost of leds + labor for RoL would be like $15.
2 case windows, the labor for those, air flow...
Plus, what the is a "1v fan blue"?

You're looking at around $130-150. You don't decide the price, the economy and modder does. Your parts are expensive, and the labor would be expensive.
You can go ahead and say you all you want, if you don't like it then don't ask for a modder.
