switching bad umd drive?

i have some psps that have bad umd drives but i dont know weather i could just go and by one install it and be done with it isn't there some other stuff i have to do to make it work?

ok thx i was just making sure its not like the xbox where you have to change drive key codes from one to another and all that bull :censored:
it's basiclly plug and play with the psp huh?

Yea. If you need UMD drives that work. I got plenty for sale. PM me if interested.
