fellow modders HELP PLEASE!

Guys, so ive been modding a psp 2000 and i tried using the LM386 with a 100uf capacitor 10v (desoldered it from a old transistor radio) and it doesnt make the music any louder instead it makes really really fugly sound quality :|:| i've also tried an lm386 with the 194k ohm resistor and th 30k resistor? What do you think is the problem? i think i wired it all properly i bridged the wifi pins i connected the 5v line and i also connected the + and - of the speakers properly

you are posting on psp1k if you havent notice..

well, i dont know about others, but i have tried the LM+capacitor, and i have the same problem with you..
i notice most of people here just direct solder the stuff.

but if you really want a proper speaker mod, try using MPS-70 amp like i do.
here are the psp that i have done,
got 4 speakers, 2 large round oval speakers, and 2 small round oval speakers further in the UMD compartment (cant see coz too dark)
