Been trying to contact him forever.

I am going on vacation soon and he's not followed through for me yet.

Well I sent him 400USD and ended up settling for him to just refund me $150 of it, but nothing yet.  I shouldn't have canceled my claim in paypal.  If you guys have his full name I can look him up and file a claim with AFOSI, I work for the US Government.

wouldn't his contact details be shown in your Paypal account?..just a thought.
