How to mod a slim analog stick?

Hi everybody, my question this time is how can i mod the analog of a psp slim to make a razor x.

I have the pcb of the razor x but i need the hardware mod of the original slim stick so i can use it, specifically the part that mkes contact between x [] ^ o and ground.
