Does anybody have a way to contact MarioParty53? He has not been returning my messages. He still has my DS. He has had it since March 28th 2009. . . I would really like it back.

yeah, i sold him a clear PSP Phat shell, and some DS Parts awhile back. He contacted me... eh... about 2 weeks ago asking about flashing service, and next thing i know his account is banned and I didn't receive a response, so I guess he was just looking to get out with as much as he could before the banhammorz finally got to his face

he was here for a while, his is a young man, (juvinile) and he may have had some good dealings with low cost items, but anyine who attempted to buy anything or sell anything of signifigant value got scammed...sorry about your ds, it is gone.

Not necessarily. I have all of my receipts, pictures, all of his PMs to me here on AM, paypal receipt, and I spoke with the police department near him, and his mother today. She's agreed to talk to him, and have him send me my DS Lite, give me money for a new one, or purchase me a new one herself. I'll be speaking with his father as well soon just to make sure. I also got the whole conversation on tape, yes I did let her know she was being recorded. So. I think I am fairly well set.

I am not worried about the money I spent, I just want my DS back. As long as he did what he was suppose to I don't really care. I just want my things back. It is completely worth it to tag along with my dad next time he has to go to NV to do a class and... Well. Convince him to give it back. Besides, wouldn't cost me a dime.

Well I spoke to his mom again, and him on the telephone. He is replacing my case, and my motherboard because it was broken, and swapping the leds like we had agreed on months ago.

So now that I've spoken to his mom, everything is going well. She is paying for the parts he has to replace, and well.. In short he will be paying her back.

So over all, all is now looking up concerning this topic.
