LINK1/2 a Lemon’s juice
Juice of 2 oranges
2oz Caster sugar
2-4 tblsp orange liqueur
1 oz butter
Cook pancakes
Melt butter in pan and stir in sugar cook gently till golden brown caramel. Add fruit juices and zest if liked melt caramel into this juice and simmer gently till it thickens add orange liqueur just before serving over warm pancakes. PS I always double up sauce ingredients as a more generous sauce is nice.
