rapid fire buttons

What buttons are useful to add rapid fire to? Any use for the thumb sticks? (other than tea bagging) I'm thinking just the triggers, A, B, X, Y?

i imagine all buttons would be usefull as rf, depending on what games your playing and the button layout you use.....
