lost analog contact pads

so after to i hardwire with my analog i accidentally lost some of the

analog pads...leaving me with this pic...

what i want to know where should i solder my analog to?

I actually had to hardwire my friends analog stick because his pads werent doing the job.  Ill try to explain how to.

Under the metal framing of the psp there should be 4 gold square plates on the motherboard, if you were to place the analog nub on it like how it would sit in the case, that is how you would want to connect the contact plates, use some short wires to connect the 4 plates on the motherboard and the analog nub.  If you still arent sure i can post an image tomorroe

look in the image that is what is all left now in my mobo now..

Just to clairify you mean the 4 gold plates on the mobo have been taken off, such as you heated them up too far and pulled them off?

I personally wouldnt go back to the chip, I would follow each of the four trace lines up the board a bit, scrape the gree coating off and solder to the trace. the pins on the chip are so close together and it is so easy to dammage
