After FX video tuts

Hey guys well i've been doing alot of After FX work lately and boy was it a pain to start off with so to help you i will be doing a (hopefullly) once a week video tutorial for After FX

Video 1 is up comment and suggest ways to improve it here or on the youtube page, also sorry about the title (it was initialy 29.97 FPS but my footage for the tut was 10 FPS so a little sacrificing had to be done on the intro part.

Episode 1 will be on how to make simple volume meters beat to music with almost no work.(like below)

Ok im preety much done with the first one just final editing to be doe and the intro cut into the footage.

Any chance i could use your intro i have one made but yours is more hardcore than mine lol.
