Okay, so I had gotten a broken 360 off eBay for $30 shipped.
It had a brand new BenQ drive in it, but the owner forgot to replace the key, so it was useless.
It was cheap, so I had to get it.
I also picked up an HD DVD drive (Obsolete, I know) and a couple IR remotes.
So...between today and yesterday, I got to work on my media center 360.
Internalized HD DVD drive in place of the regular 360 drive.
RoL always on
Modified eject button
360 is tricked into thinking the DVD drive in hooked up, making the power led steady green instead of blinking.
Pretty much can't be heard; it's so silent.
If anyone's interested in how I tricked the drive, or hooked everything up, just post. :3
I've got this thing for DVDs and music/pics/vids/etc.
I mainly use it for Media Center and DVDs because it's so quiet and I can use my other 360 for gaming and stuff.
It's really just a side project, no real gain from it, but it was fun to do and the end result was awesome.

Front is the same. Again, no signs of mods.
Drive area. Can't see the magic here either. If you can't tell, for stuff like this I like it looking stock.
Ah, here we go. This is the modified button I added to open/close the drive. The HD drive wasn't functioning properly (always opening/closing) with the 360 eject button, so I added this button behind the drive button so that it presses it.
