PSP 2000 unbricking problem.

deep red psp 2006 has 5.0m33-4 or 6 (i dunno) and she updated to 5.5 gen d => bricked

Well im trying to unbrick my friend's psp.  i used my old phat psp and made a pandora battery and DC8.  it worked on my old psp phat and my psp slim (psp-2000MG) but for some reason when i tried it on her psp, it boots up but does not go to the Dc8 menu.  did i do someting wrong?

You need to hold the L button, and THEN put in the pandora battery and it will boot up to the DC8.

it didnt work.  the screen doesnt turn on and the power light is green.

Maybe try to remake the memory stick? Anything is possible

have u cheked the motherbored is that TA-082 if not than it might be the magic memory stick i had the same problem with my brothers psp.
