S/R mod little problem ( leds dim when no noise)

I just came across a problem with my SR mod. using   lm386. now the problem is. my leds have a faint light when theres no music or noise. shouldnt it be completely off until there is music or noise?

please fix my error as to where i went wrong thanks.
