so last summer i did my case mod. ran into some problems, :censored:ed up my UMD door (i :censored:ed up the hinges) and then my right speakers.
i didnt really mind it until now, but recently I play PSPR with my friends and its such a hassle to share earphones because my volume at max is so low, i dot the brownish rubber thingy in but its loose and so is the speaker button.
How can I fix this

replace umd door and right speaker? or take it apart again and make sure everything is seated properly?

yep done that. i feel that the rubber brown thing isnt seated right.. if you guys dont know what im talking about ill post a pic later

I know what yo mean. I'd replace it if you can. Not sure where you would get one, but if i'm honest, you don't need it. Most of the modders have have either lost theres or just taken it out. If your having problems with sound, then try a UMD speaker mod. Works wonders depending on the speaker you use.
