need help on my internal clock

hey guys
i need help o my internal clock because my afternoon habits have been changed because of the season
not i can't time my self correctly and can't wakeup accurately.

Use an alarm clock for ~2 1/2 weeks, that helped be calibrate my clock to wake up at 6:30 every morning

lol... i dont use a alarm clock
i used to use my internal clock but it seems to have been resset wrongly so..
