BY the way being new in to modding it was hard for me to get mod parts especially leds so when i found out the leds on cellphones were 0603 i open one up use a blade to carefully take off the lights they are under the buttons, some of them got 5 to 9 leds blue,white,or green depending on what kind of phne.well i just wanted to share this quick tip for new modders like me or if u r short of money and need leds n they work great heres a pic of the leds i took off an old cell on psp. :clap:sometimes some off them got leds behind the lcd those r the ones i use on the psp.

Yeah your absolutely right, I found some LEDs smaller than the 0603 SMD LEDs for Ring of Light modding or just general goofing off. 

I got them out of an old cordless phone a few months ago that was collecting dust in a junk box for a year or two.

I've also found that if you are ever in need of wire, just cut off the casing of old telephone wires and use the wires inside. Thats how I got all my wire.

I use Ethernet cable too works well for bread boarding if it solid core.
