General Info:
Game Name:Fragile Dreams Farewell fragments of the Moon
Game Type: Role playing game
Story Genre: Drama, Romance
Introduction:
Fragile Dreams is a game made by tri-cresendo the maker of the famous Eternal sonnata
Its plot revolves in a desolate world were humans are seemingly turning extinct
you play as Seto a young boy wandering the world looking for other human survivors
he meets Ren a lonely young girl who sings alone to the moon
after they both get separated
Seto looks for Ren to ease his loneliness and for a desperate act for his emotions
Review:
The Game is made to be an RPG though you play it in a horror style with only a flashlight to start with (somewhat similar to silent hill) and even though you fight ghost ghouls and monsters with sticks and stones, it doesnt show much gore and horrific images.
you also have an experience system (which most rpg games have) which are similar to KH
you control your flashlight with your wiimote
as the game progresses you get usable items like metal detectors and a microphone
which are used the same way as the flashlight is.
The game focuses heavily on the story (which i cant reveal because of spoiler alerts)
the story focuses mainly on Seto's emotions which he desperately attempt to ease by sharing it with another loner such as Ren which obviously develops deeply
Conclusion:
Gameplay: 15/20
the gameplay fits the game pretty well
but the game is drama based and 2d shelled so you can't expect much gore but with or without, its still fun
the experience system keeps the player to play more.
Story Plot: 20\20
the game concentrates deeply on romance and is even worth matching against Romeo and Juliet
the story is another reason to keep the gamer on playing
my comments:
Beautiful
amazing
god like
(CRY CRY CRY)
Others (graphics, lifespan, Art): 13\20
the graphics is perfectly crafted
because of the low graphic capabilities of the Wii 2d shells are a wise decision to apply
even though it is an RPG the game would only last as much as 10 hours
but is still worth playing
the game is also got a goo reception because of the 2 theme songs
Hikari and Theme Tsuki no Nukumori which are composed by Aoi Teshima
and the music (in my opinion) are the best to soothe a crying soul
an its the romance in the game
Over all: 16\20
a game worth shredding your hands
a story worth crying over
hope you all like my review
