Deda inspired me to make a "short" list of some of my favorite movies as I too am a film buff.  This is by no means anywhere close to a complete list of my favorite movies.  This is in no particular order, but the ones with asterisks are in my "elite", so to speak, favorite.

I was going for more of a quality film list, rather than like a best popculture/action movie list, but to each his own.

BTW, Zoolander = classic movie.

Also, Casino Royale and Quantum of Solace were compared to the classics. Sean Connery IS 007 and no actor can perform better than him as that role. Pierce Brosnan is in a close second in my book, though.
