cod mw2 intervention fully auto??

While I was playin cod modern warfare 2 I was useing a intervention on split screen I started the game up and everything was fine untill I through a emergancy air drop and got 2 amos in and a uav. I picked it all up and I shot the intervention and it shot 2-3 bullets and when I held down the trigger it shoots fully auto. Any 1 experience this???

Is your controller stock?

IF its stock then you may have experienced something called switch bounce.

I was not laging and I hag a acog scop on it and it would shoot automatic when I hold down the trigger but when I press it like if I were to snipe 2-3 bullets would come out

Model Replacement glitch. Were you carrying an automatic gun or using OMA?

its lag, it will happen with the shotty sometimes.

it sounds to me that you just encounterd some sugar lag, lol its not major lag but its enough to make this scenario happen

This glitch occurs if you have a kill streak reward where the user does the action like calling in a pavelow or a UAV while collecting another pick up at the same time (crate) from a care package or emergency air drop, you press right on the d-pad to call the previous kill streak in and then hold square / x to pick up the new one.

The intervention appears to fire in bursts / fully auto if held down but really only fires and deducts 1 bullet from your ammunition.

Either it was a glitch, or your participated in a modded lobby and was infected with fully auto intervention.

Since you were playing splitscreen, you were the host, meaning the mod was activated.
