Help with the codes

Hey guys I have been surfing around on this forum for a bit now and have downloaded a few codes but I have only managed to download a few hex codes which is the only code my programmer program (winpic800) accepts. can any of you recommend a new programmer program that will accept rar codes which seem to be the common format for codes on here.

.rar is  not a rapid fire code. RAR is a compressed file. simmilar to a zipped file, RAR compresses it tighter. you need to download winrar to open the file, inside you will find the hex that your programmer needs. winrar has a free trial that will get you by.
