Melted the sync button

Whilst installing a kit today, I managed to connect the sync button with the tiniest dab of solder so I tried removing the solder and in doing so melted the button to the point it no longer works.

Is there any way I can replace it? Many thanks.

Ya, you can repair it if you have decent soldering skills, and if you have an old broke controller board laying around.  Just desolder it with some desoldering braid and desolder the good one off the bad controller board.  Then solder the good sync button back on the good controller board.
