Mic polarity hellpp

i dont know which lead is positive/negative
sum1 pls tell me,. its a mic i disasembled from a cellphone headset.

im tryin to mod dis to my psp slim, would this mic work??

The Pin on the Right Hand Side is Negative.

The Pin on the Left is positive.
