which board is good or the right one to use?

hry guys was up well me im confused im trying to work on a led mod and im trying to figure out on which board is goo to work with so can someone please help im trying to do this. is from one of the guys here biohazard psp i want to do the same board he use any one knows? which one is better?

use the pc board =]... because its copper

ok i was just confused cuz i know he mention something like veroboard or something like that i know he post it a pic on it it look it differnt than the ones i got is just pc board?

ok guys this board work perfect i use the one with the full copper it works great!! problem fixed  :hifive: :hifive: this is so confortable to use :tup:
