I bought a faceplate a while back, and a bunch of the paint has flaked off, and now it looks really bad. Sometimes, somehow, I have no clue how this works, the pieces of paint get under my screen, and I have to open it up and take it out. A week after I got my faceplate, I noticed that my L button didn't feel right, so I tried opening up my psp again. One of the screws was stripped (right under the home button) so I just ripped that part off. It worked, but now there's a screw and part of the faceplate stuck there. I want to know the best places to get a psp 1000 faceplate, and where to get extra screws, so I can make sure I have none that are stripped. Also, how would I remove the stripped screw and the broken part of the faceplate? Thanks.

It's right under the home button. Also, is dealextreme legit, because all those prices seem too good to be true haha.

The picture is not showing, and yes dealsextreme is legit, but it takes a little longer, so if you buy a lot of things i comes sorth of faster

have you tried getting some small pliers and trying to twist it off, or get a knife and try to take off little pieces around the screw, and i dont think they have screws so you might have to go to ebay

Hmmm, I'm gonna try to use pliers, after I finish playing kingdom hearts, this game is too fun!!!! I'll post back with the results. Also, are there any other places to get psp phat faceplates, with a bigger selection?
