It's a common face made up of a number of common features. There are no distincly different features from the average Caucasian male and as your subliminal mind tries to find a name or identity for this 'man' it combines many of the faces you have already seen due to the features of the face. I myself am pretty sure that the human mind sees this as a template for the average White man's face.
I mean, soft nose, largish eyes, round head, thinning hair... It goes on. Replace any one of those and it could be any person.
Interesting stuff and I do feel I've seen a person like this before, yet not in reality.
