Question about PSP to Tv option

SO I had this Idea of trying to make a PSP laptop using a slim and a 7 inch a/v monitor/tv screen. I found out that you need to going the original PSP screen and go to the display options and select display on tv. Is there a way around this?? Maybe like write code to make it auto boot to display on the 7 inch monitor?
