ps3 trigger issue low power?
« on: November 17, 2010, 07:55:03 PM »
hay, im modding my friends ps3 controller, its really nice smoke shell no rumbler but i plan on soldering LED to the tp 11 and tp12  to make led blinkers.

board version is a msupp 4.0 v5 or 5

I solder all my jumps properly to tp 32 and tp 34 for L1 and R1. i set up my connection to a SMD 1206 blue and am getting a glow from it, when i turn on the controller it remains at that glow and when i press L1 it gets brighter but still very dime... if you need picture ill have them on this thread in acouple of mintues to show you.

Idk if the battery thats almost dead only using it to basicly try out the LED for proper connection and thats it.

i dont have a volt meter and seem like im S.O.L. cause im out of cash so idk if the connection is a good one for voltage i think i need only 1.5v to 3.5v and no more then 20mAmp
...emo freak out! >.< ........

random is fun
